1、在学校整体经营战略指导下，制定年度发展计划，协调各部门关系，积极配合做好内部管理工作。

2、负责对各类行政管理制度的制定与审核工作，指导各部门依照制度开展工作。

3、负责行政管理流程优化，维护日常办公秩序和办公环境。

4、负责与相关政府部门、外部机构的对外联络，保证学校外部教学环境的稳定有序。

6、配合市场部做好日常招生工作管理和与家长的沟通协调工作。

7、负责后勤管理工作，制定办公费用预算，负责办公设备的管理和维护。

8、负责组织员工企业文化活动。

9、负责人力资源的日常工作，制定、执行、监督和完善各项人力资源制度。

10、负责人力资源统筹规划与成本控制。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，人力资源、管理或相关专业本科学历；

2、3年以上人事工作经验，有教育培训行业、国际学校行业工作经验者优先考虑；

3、具有较强的抗压能力，良好的沟通表达能力、严谨的工作态度和团队合作精神；

4、熟悉HR管理各项实务的操作流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策，并能实际操作运用；

5、英语能力良好，熟练使用办公软件。

Mengya Montessori Home is a professional Montessori bilingual education institution certified by the American Montessori Institute (MIA). The school is located on the first floor of Jinmao Tower in Shanghai. The core in our school is the concept of "following the children" of the Italian educator Maria Montessori. All the classrooms are equipped with European standard professional teaching materials. Indoor and outdoor are equipped with activities venues to support the physical and mental development of pre-school children. Mengya Montessori Home has a complete and rigorous Montessori pre-school program.
