Duties and responsibility:

1,Responsible to maintain the Press Machine performance by minimize the machine down time less than 4%.

2,Identify the cause of failure, solve, and perform necessary improvement on software and hardware.

3,Perform routine maintenace for the press machine according to maintenance plan (90% compleletion of scheduled PM's), and ensure the spare parts are in place.

4,Ensure the press machine are fully fucntional and in safe operation mode (Mechanical and Electrical).

5,Communicate with Machine Supplier when come to solve critical breakdown.

6,Monitor the error and fault messages, and consolidate the data for improvement.

7,Quick response when the production line is down.

  

Professional Experience:

1,Min.5 years experience in maintaining automated Press machine lines, and knowledge in Servo Press Technology will be a an advantage.

2,Understand electrical drawings, function of servo motors, HMI, and etc.

3,Capable to handle both pneumatic and hydraulic system.
