WHO YOU ARE 

You are passionate about working with IT solutions and providing service and support to managers, co-workers and organisation in order to simplify complex topics to improve business with focus on customer satisfaction. Being customer oriented you see the customer first and consider the impact on the customer when propose solutions. Naturally you share the IKEA vision, values and culture.

For this role you have university degree in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration or 3-4 years’ experience in the area of expertise. You bring excellent computer skills and high proficiency on Microsoft Office, ClickView and simulation systems or analytics tools. You have proven analytical and numeric skills and ability to identify required actions. You also bring with you retail/home furnishing/supply chain/customer service experience and interest.

You have knowledge in following areas:

? Good business understanding and knowledge of Multichannel Network related IKEA processes, supply chain, warehousing operations and service business leading to an excellent customer fulfilment

? Change and stakeholder management.

? Excellent knowledge of relevant IT solution landscapes associated with Customer Fulfilment

? Excellent knowledge of relevant IT systems/solutions/tools, calculation methods and analysis within the function

? Excellent knowledge of processing and analysing data combined with verifying the system outcomes

As a person you have good collaborative mind-set in building relationships across the organisation with the ability to contribute within you own area of expertise by using good communication skills. Your ability to respond to business and customer needs by providing effective solutions and end-to-end orientation within the area of expertise is strong. You have high attention to process data quality with ability to complete the work according to procedures and quality standards in timely manner. 

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US 

The purpose of the role is to take responsibility for enabling an efficient and effective multichannel network in the market by develop tools and processes, performing analysis of the multichannel network.

You will be providing a subject matter expertise and advice to business leaders within Fulfilment Development and Multichannel Network processes and contribute to their development and update.

You will be:

? In strong collaboration with the group function contribute to the development of tools, setting of processes and ways of working connected to data collection and analysis to enable the design, establishment and continuous development of an efficient, effective and end to end multichannel network in the market

? To enable the creation and maintenance of the Multichannel Network Roadmap in the market you will be responsible for analysing the infrastructure needed for a successful fulfilment network together with stakeholders

? Responsible for creating and maintain network design for assigned markets using the IKEA approved simulation tool and models developed by the group function

? Responsible for facilitating fact based decisions by contributing with decision basis and recommendations

? After securing input from all relevant stakeholders from both market and global level you will be responsible to model and analyse different multichannel network scenarios for the assigned markets to find the optimal setup for given preconditions

? Contribute with both knowledge and expertise to matrices, global and market initiatives and competence networks
