Responsibilities:

•  Support the VPM(Vehicle Performance Manager) to establish the vehicle performance integration team, organize the performance integration related meetings such as the VIM and VPM meeting.

• Support the VPM to set out the performance development tier 2 and tier 3 plan based on the program master timing, follow up the plan and check the development status of each performance team to match up with the plan.

• Based on the product strategy, support the VPM to organize the benchmark performance analysis, set out the VTS and SSTS, and follow up the status.

• Follow and manage the vehicle performance status, identify, feedback and escalate performance issues, balance the requirement of different performance, and coordinate the performance issue to be solved by the support of other departments.

• Set up the target of vehicle subjective evaluation (SE), organize the SE test and management test driving, identify and consolidate the issues, organize the analysis, and push the issues to be solved.

• With the requirement of PDS, support VPM to collect, check and deliver the performance deliverables on each gateway.

• Support VPM to collect, check and report the vehicle performance status during the development process.
  

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree, majored in Automotive engineering or related.

• Automotive development experience over 2 years.

• Familiar with Vehicle development process and Performance development process.

• Familiar with vehicle structure and performance basic knowledge.

• Frequency of business travel according to project needs.

• Fluent English both writing and speaking.

• Level C driving license and above, at least 2 years actual driving experience.

• Good skill on communication and team work

工程开发合资公司名为麦格纳卫蓝新能源汽车技术（镇江）有限公司，员工规模约为420人左右。除北汽新能源，工程合资公司同时服务其他潜在客户，提供电动汽车开发等业务。
制造合资公司提供电动汽车整车制造服务,以北汽集团位于江苏镇江的现有工厂为基地，该工厂年产量可达18万辆,首批量产车型计划于2020年投产。
其中的新能源汽车试验中心面积在大约12000平方米左右, 预计2019年9月投入使用。
