Position: Administrative sales assistant

Tasks and responsibilities

1. Assisting in the administration of all shipping documents for container shipments
2. Maintaining direct contact with our factory to follow up production.
3. Assist in active sales by receiving (mainly) Chinese customers in Shanghai showroom(s) and assist in the administrative side of the orders. Follow up production.
4. Contact and engage actively with new potential customers.
5. Actively cooperate in domestic brand`s marketing: co-manage brand`s official Wechat account

Core competencies:

1. Attention to detail and strong communication skills (good command of English: spoken and written)
2. Basic knowledge of MS Office
3. Experience with shipping documents and/or following up production is an advantage
4. Punctual
