1、Ensure to follow proper guidelines during claim phases. 确保在索赔阶段遵循适当的准则；

2、Evaluate claim documents to determine policy liability and achieve optimum payout results by resolving claims fairly, expeditiously and economically. 通过公平，迅速和经济地解决索赔，评估索赔文件以确定政策责任并实现***支付结果；

3、Correctly match authorizations to claims. 正确地在权限内处理赔案；

4、Complete timely investigation of claims when needed and post appropriate reserves. 在需要时及时完成索赔的调查，并配置适当的储备金；

5、Negotiate with claimant to settle claim. 与索赔人协商解决索赔；

6、Identify and report billing errors, collaborate to improve processes. 识别并报告账单错误，协作以改进流程；

7、Prepare concise, accurate and timely claim reports. 准备简明，准确和及时的索赔报告；

8、Complaint handling. 投诉处理。

Requirements

1、Excellent ability to produce accurate work in a fast-paced environment. 高效准确的工作能力；

2、Previous work experience in claims operations environment is preferred. 理赔工作经验优先；

3、Effective interpersonal and professional communication skills. 良好的沟通能力；

4、4 years college degree in insurance, medical or legal profession preferable. 保险，医疗或法律专业优先；

5、Ability to use analytical methods in the claim examining processes to find workable solutions. 有效使用分析方法来找到可行的解决方案；

6、Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to internal contacts on claim matters. 有效内部沟通协商调查结果和建议；

7、Ability to use software to summarize and analyze large amounts of data. 能够使用软件汇总和分析大量数据。
