Role and responsibility

Establish and grow channel business, develop partnership in China;

Design channel development strategy, policy and the execution;

Negotiation with partners and the agreement and contract;

Maintain the good relationship with channels, and the solution for the conflict among channels;

Achieve channel sales target, assign the quote and performance management for channels;

Support channels, including product training, marketing event, sales support, etc. ;

Channel information management and analysis;

Qualification

Bachelor and above, with 3 years sales experiences and related channel sales experience;

With experiences in HR software industry, HR consulting industry;

Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills, strong in organizing and team work;

Fast learning capability, strong sense of marketing and competition;

Work independently, courage for challenging tasks and commitment to success;

Fluent written and oral English;

Can travel frequently;

Professionals and excellent loyalty and integrity;
