Key Responsibilities:

·Develops and maintains the master production schedule by combining the sales forecast, MRP messages, new product launches, backlog, capacity availability and lead time.

·To run MRP, and release OT or OP in E1 by timely manner.

·to set production scheduling by short term and long term manner, ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectation;

· Interacts with shop floor management daily to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies or additional information as requested from Manufacturing,

·Responsible for inventory control, including managing total inventory value, turnover rates, inventory days etc.

·involve Sale & Operation Planning meeting regularly to ensure schedule adherence, service levels and inventory targets are met.  Communicate risks and elevates issues that require management resolution.

·Review and communicate to management forecast adjustments and their impact on Manufacturing Operations and Customer Service.

·Support the cycle count process by analyzing and reconciling inventory discrepancies.  Takes an active role during physical inventories.

·Review stock list on slow moving, expirer, and phase-out material.

·Ensure master data integrity of raw material, finished good, and WIP inventory within the E1 ERP system

·Confirm delivery dates of customer orders when inventory is in short supply.

·Acts as a critical team member for new product launches.

·Acts as key user for planning function, to do trouble shooting for another user

·Perform all operations and duties according to prescribed safety, health and environmental (EH&S) principles.

·Driving Continuous Improvement Projects

Skills/Qualifications:

·Bachelor degree above, with a preferred focus in Supply Chain/ Planning/Chemical

·3+ years of experience in forecast chemical plant planning, materials management,

·Experience with ERP systems including a strong knowledge of MRP, as a key user to maintain the Planning function.  JDE Enterprise One experience a plus

·Must be self-motivated with the ability to perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision

·Must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to use judgement to analyze facts, incorporate risk/uncertainty analysis, and report findings, recommend and implement sustainable corrective actions written and orally

·Strong PC skills including proficiency with the Microsoft office excel, Sales Forecasting Application knowledge a plus

·Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, both in verbal and written form. Strong, clear written and verbal English communication skills required. Frequent interaction/contact with USA/Singapore counterparts and international companies.
