Reporting to the Technical Department Responsible, your activity will be mainly focused on Automotive lubricants (PCMO, HDMO, Transmission oils, etc…) with the following main responsibilities:

向技术部门负责人汇报，您的工作内容将集中在汽车润滑油（汽机油、柴机油、传动系统油等），主要职责如下：

1) Provide pre-sales technical support for Sales department and Marketing department, including joint visits, on site survey, seminar and trainings for Authorized Distributors and direct Customers;

为销售部门以及市场部门提供售前技术支持，包括共同拜访客户或经销商、实地考察客户或经销商、参与经销商或客户技术交流及培训等；

2) Prepare lubricant recommendations, lubrication plans and products equivalences for customers, including liaison with OEMs in order to establish correct machinery lubrication; Interface directly with customers and distributors;

准备润滑油产品推荐、润滑油技术方案、产品对应等，包括OEM联络以建立正确的机械润滑方案；直接面对客户和经销商；

3) Provide after-sales technical assistance and consultancy to Customers, Distributors and Sales team. Coach customers and distributors to use lubricant correctly; Responsible for interfacing with external lab performing lubricant analysis and provide evaluations and suggestions according to lubricant test and used oil analysis reports;

根据客户、经销商、销售的需求，提供售后技术支持、咨询、协助。培训客户和经销商正确使用润滑油；负责协调与外包实验室的合作，包括协调取样、送样、选择检测项目以及根据润滑油产品测试报告和使用油品的分项报告，来进行评判、评估以及给出建议；

4) Resolve technical problems, deal with customers’ complaint timely, provide technical troubleshooting as required by the sales team, distributors and customers;

独立解决技术问题，及时解决客户投诉，根据销售、客户、经销商的要求提供技术解决方案；

5) Act as the technical expert in answering customers’ regular technical queries and complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Answer customer queries regarding the range of products, correspondence, applications and technical services offered;

作为技术专家，及时回答客户的常规技术询问以及投诉，确保客户满意度。依据产品范围、往来回复、应用和技术服务，回答客户的询问；

6) Adapt available lubricants training material to local market, customizing it if necessary to fit specific requirements, using traditional or digital formats (e-learning). Provide technical training to Sales team, Distributors, Customers and new employees;

独立编写、设计培训计划、使用说明、技术参数表，向销售、经销商、客户和新进员工提供各种技术培训；

7) Translate technical material and related document between Chinese and English. Ensure that all technical relevant databases are maintained and updated regularly;

中英互译技术方面材料及相关文档。确保所有技术相关数据库得以维护、定期更新；

8) Keep updated with head office Technical department on products specification, characteristics, certifications and approvals. Collaborate for new products development according to Chinese market needs.

与公司总部技术部门保持联系、定期更新产品参数、性能、证明文件以及批准文件。根据中国市场需求，协调新产品的开发。

Requirement:

要求

• Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Mechanical Major
• 化学或机械专业学士学位

• At least 2 years’ experience in lubricant or lubricant related industry, technical service experience in Automotive lubricants will be a plus.
• 至少2年以上润滑油或润滑油相关行业的工作经验，有汽车润滑油方面的技术服务经验者优先考虑
• Good public communication skills with different people: sales, distributors and end-users.
• 与不同的人有良好的公共沟通技巧：销售、经销商和终端用户
• Fluent in oral & written English, able to work in an international working environment
• 英语口语流利且英语写作熟练，能够适应国际化的工作环境
• Domestic travel frequency: 20%
• 国内出差频率为20%
