岗位职责

? Design and conduct in vitro (enzyme- and cell-based) and in vivo hepatic and extrahepatic biotransformation studies; Propose metabolite structures and CYP and non CYP metabolic pathways in various biological systems.

? Work proficiently in LC-MS/MS method development, biological sample processing (plasma, bile, urine, feces, plant, tissue), and in detection, identification, structural elucidation and determination of multiple metabolites in various matrices with Q-Trap, Q-Exactive Plus mass spectrometers and NMR, and application of gas phase ion chemistry.

? Maintain accurate records and write study reports for discovery and IND-enabling studies in English and Chinese.

任职要求

? A M.S., or Ph.D. degree in pharmaceutical science, organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, or related discipline with 2- 7 years’ experience in pharmaceutical and biotechnological companies, or contract research organizations.

? Hands-on experience in designing, conducting, analyzing and reporting in vitro metabolite identification and profiling in liver microsomes and hepatocytes; and designing in vivo drug metabolism studies, and analyzing samples and data, writing reports to support drug discovery and regulatory filing studies.

? Experience in LC-MS/MS method development, metabolite structure elucidation and determination, mass spectral MS/MS data interpretation, pharmacokinetics and drug metabolism. 

? Working experience with AB Sciex API Q-Trap and/or Thermo Q-Exactive Plus high resolution mass spectrometry instruments.

? Good interpersonal communication skills and excellent oral and written English and Chinese skills.
