The vision of Data Advisory team is to provide consulting services or products to solve clients' data issues or help client on developing data business. This position in Data Advisory team is for serving the needs of key clients’ digital operation needs.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to Associate Director, Digital Innovations.

Measures of success –
In three months:
- Fully in charge all main process of clients’ digital operations projects.
- Understood and be able to manage clients’ digital & mobile platforms, and all the systems & tools used in data analytics.
- Fully Handle regular data analytics reports that client required.
In six months:
- As administrator of client’s digital platforms, systems and tools, responsible for manage all daily operation works of digital campaign.
- Responsible for providing various type of data analytics reports that client required.
In 12 months:
- Solving challenges & issues that emerges in clients’ digital operations project independently.
- Be able to contribute own point of view for planning & development of clients’ digital operations project, data management.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Responsible for supporting the work of client team to implement and follow clear processes that lead to the generation of high-quality, usable, campaign data. Become a subject matter expert on the digital campaign data generation process and how it supports advanced analytics that can be scaled across all the Mindshare clients;

- In charge of mobile analytics service, identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights, helping client to achieve outstanding results of own branded apps, mobile sites and Mini Programs;

- Work closely with data provider/planning team to understand the meaning behind data structure. Proactively think about efficient data acquisition and integration methods;
- span>
- Good understanding of data management, helping client to oversee the development and use of data systems. Discover efficient ways to organize, store and analyze data with attention to security and confidentiality.

- Familiar with Marketing Technology, understand the use of each products, such like: Ad serving, DMP, A/B test tool, data on-boarding, etc.

What you will need:
- 4+ year experience in data analytics role. Working experience in media agencies is a plus;
- A highly details-driven personality with an affinity for working with spreadsheets and data; familiar with Tableau is a plus;
- An interest in expanding your skills set to move up the analytics value chain based on early delivery of key reporting and data process goals;
- Strong logical thinking ability. A good & fast learner, has strong ability to figure out most of the issues by himself/herself;
- Familiar with programming languages, e.g: SQL, R, Python.
- Become a full-stack digital operator, not only doing excellent work at his/her own area, but also could support on other areas of digital operation.
- Mathematical & Computer Science background is a plus
