Department: Wellington College China Central Office – Academy

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.     Meet with drop-in visitors to answer requests, deal with inquiries from parents via phone calls and e-mails in a timely manner

2.     Assist in organisation of events involving the Academy

3.     Update and maintain Academy database and utilise the data source to inform future planning

4.     Maintain accurate data input with respect to attendance records

5.     Prepare supporting documents while working directly with the Academy Coordinators, Academy Director, teachers and coaches

6.     Liaise with the Finance Department, Service Department regarding the new registration of Wellington students/parents and non-Wellington students/parents for the Academy

7.     Other duties as specified by Academy Coordinator and Director of Academy

He or she is expected to work with us at least three days per week for a span of at least three months.

Education: Undergraduate or postgraduate student

Language: Education or English related preferred

Working experience: Previous internship experience preferred

· Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and database systems 

· Capability of working with different nationalities

· Strong attention to details

·  Capability of dealing with challenges

Preferred aptitudes:

· A quick learner and be proactive 

· Confidence of working in a cross-cultural environment   

· Strong passion for the education industry

· Personal Integrity, accountability and credibility
