ABOUT YOUR ROLE:   

  

• Provide routine weekly / monthly / quarterly reports to support retail business performance review

• Provide inventory analysis regarding inventory class

• Provide data support related to retail meeting, store incentive, field requests, etc.

• Be responsible for contract management related to Retail Operation department

• Be responsible for communication & coordination between field and HQ

• Key contact with other department for monthly requests: Finance, HR, Logistic, etc.

• Key admin support in Retail Operation team

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

  

Include but not limited to

  

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PPT, etc.

• Good knowledge of SAP & BI

• Good communication and problem - solving skills

• Retail business experience is a plus

• Good reading and writing English
