3.4 主要职责：
3.4.1 维护供应商质量管理体系并不断完善和优化
3.4.2 监督推动每日的供应商质量问题的及时解决.
3.4.3 负责监督控制供应商交付产品的质量并通报质量状况。
3.4.4 根据供应商质量表现确定供应商质量改善项目并实施
3.4.5 根据供应商质量表现，制定供应商产品过程审核，体系审核计划并落实
3.4.6 制定年度供应商评审计划并实施
3.4.7 基于供应商的质量表现实施供应商质量索赔和处罚。
3.4.8 负责编制/落实供应商质量培训计划，提升供应商质量管理水平。
3.4.9 监控和推动供应商新产品开发过程中的评审，样件提交，质量提升及PPAP 的签署
3.4.10 负责供应商质量协议的谈判
3.4.11 支撑和建立武汉工厂的供应商质量管理体系
3.4.12 协调跨部门的质量问题的处理。

3.6.2 执行环境/健康安全方面相关法律法规、国家标准、相关程序文件的要求。

Established in 1994, 14,300 square meters in area, advantageously located in Shanghai, China, Shanghai Fleetguard Filter Co., Ltd. is China’s most advanced filter provider, dedicated in manufacturing filters broadly used in on-highway and off-highway applications. It is a joint venture between Dongfeng Motor Parts & Components (Group) Co., Ltd. and Cummins (China) Investment Co., Ltd.
Shanghai Fleetguard is a technology driven company that achieved ISO-9001 quality certification in Mar 1997, QS-9000 quality certification in Mar 1998, TS16949 (2002) quality certification in Oct 2003, TS16949 (2009) quality certification in Jan 2010, ISO14001 environment certification in Dec 2004 and OHSAS18001 environment certification in Jun 2009.
