1. 根据公司的年度战略计划制定物流仓储工作计划;

   Make storage and logistic work plan according company annual strategic plan.

2. 根据公司的实际需要，制定企业的物流仓储工作流程、操作规范、岗位职责手册等

   According the requirement, make process, operation specification, JD.

3. 运用科学的仓储管理方法，提高仓库各项资源的利用率，降低物流仓储成本，增加企业利润

   Use scientific storage method to improve the resource usage rate, reduce storage cost, and increase benefit.

4. 定期组织库存货物的盘点工作，及时对账务盘盈与盘亏情况

   Regular stocking, make clear inventory check result, reconciliation with finance dept.

5. 根据公司对物的需求情况和仓容设定的安全库存量，及时提出库存预警

   According to the requirement and stock, make inventory alarm for standard parts.

6. 对积压在仓的货物及时提出处理意见，并通知相关部门及时处理

   Check inaction stock, tell relative dept. and provide handling suggestion.

7. 定期检查仓库5S推行情况，组织人员对仓库环境进行日常清理和维护，防止货物受潮、受损

   Check 5s implementation regularly, organize staff make daily clean and maintenance, avoid of goods moisture and damage.

8. 组织团队实施物流仓储工作计划，并监督实施效果;

   Organize work as plan, monitor and evaluate the result.

9. 根据公司仓库的特点及业务特性，在相关人员的协助下进行仓库储位规划

   According Storage and goods character make location planning.

10. 根据公司货物的性质合理决策存放区域，确定货物的存放位置;

    According to deliver goods, assign reasonable store area, located position.

11. 根据公司需要，配合其他部门人员及时做好货物的装卸、搬运工作;改善货物的存储搬运环境，提高货物的装卸效率

    According company requirement, cooperate with other department, Upload and storage in time, improve work situation to achieve high efficient.

12. 督导仓库管理员建立货物的入库、出库台账，对于出入库货物及时进行登记

    Urge warehouse keeper make warehouse in and out standing book.

13. 负责物流仓储与采购、调试、项目部门的沟通协调，顺利完成物流仓储任务

    Communicate with purchase, commissioning and project department; make sure delivery goods in time.

14. 编制并落实仓库的消防安全规定，做好防火、防盗等安全防范工作

    Make safety specification, avoid of fire and thief.

15. 负责物流团队的人力资源招聘,部门的培训和考核工作

Responsible for storage team’s recruitment, training and evaluation.

岗位要求：

1. 具备5年以上自动仓储管理工作经验

More than 5 years automatic storage work experience.

  

2. 具备自建自动物流仓储管理系统的经验

  

Have experience of setup automatic storage and logistic system.

  

3. 具备3年以上物流管理工作经验;

  

More than 3 years logistic management experience.

  

4. 仓储或物流相关专业，本科学历

  

Bachelor of Storage or logistic relative major.

5. 拥有CITL仓储及物流供应链 证
