Supply Chain/Logistics Manager

In the role of the Logistic/Supply Chain Manager Doka China you are instrumental in managing the commercial office and the warehouse at our branch .

You are responsible for implementing all aspects of the branch operations.Additionally you're in charge of organisational development of the operations team and of training the local staff.



Additional responsibilities are:

·Handles and processes customer orders and pojects in close coordination with Sales,Engineering and Doka Production in Austria according to current and pojected future needs

·Ensures that the inventory levels are properly maintained,organizes and monitors physical inventory counts and ensures inventory quality

·Reviews freight costs to monitor cost effectiveness

·Customer credit management and ensuring timely and accurate billing of all product sales,rental contracts and services

·Complaint management for all Operations related customer complaints

·Ensures compliance with the branch's fixed cost budget and organizes proper maintenance of all branch facilities and fixed assets

·Develops and coordinates the use of management tools to monitor profit achievement


Qualifications:

·Several years of relevant experience in the field of logistics,import&exports and freight forwarding(customs)

·Strong communication skills in English&Chinese(Mandarin)

·Facilitates projects and effectively manages multiple tasks

·Strong analytical skills and effective problem solving skills

·Able to work as an organized team player in a results-driven,fast-paced environment

·Strong leadership skills,effectively manages a diverse team and achieves results

·Hands-on mentality and engaged personality
