Job Description:

40% General Accountant:

1. Perform the day- to-day general ledger accounting

2. Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliations, account analysis, accrual calculations, variance analyze to solve the problem

3. Monitor month-end, year-end closing tasks to ensure smooth and sufficient closing process 

4. Ensure the submission of group reporting and statutory reporting timely

5. Actively participate in internal and external audits to provide required information

6. Participate in continuous improvement on process optimization and internal control level

7. Ensure complete and accurate posting of balances from Oracle Fixed Assets and Inventory

8. Prepares month end accruals, including payroll, bonus and prepaid expenses

9. Reconciles and analyzes balance sheet accounts especially focus on Working Capital items

10. All the reports from National Statistical Bureau and Government

11. Finance voucher archives on a monthly basis

35% Tax Accountant:

1.    Ensures awareness of all tax laws & guidelines to provide maximum protection

2.    Handling of the monthly Tax reports, export tax refund , relevant vouchers

3.     Handling to apply of VAT, CIT ,WHT & ST and Non-trade business to Tax Bureau

4.     Handling of Tax statistics report, normal & special inspection & application

5.     Issuing invoices weekly, communication with Sales Department , checking for system sales recognize

6.     Inventory scrapping application, yearly tax review ,TP reports & relevant adjustments  & coordination of relevant audits (internal and external) processes

7.     Foreign currency business with Banks & SAFE verification if needed

8.     Be an advisor from the Financial & Tax perspective on any issues ,Providing professional knowledge to managements

9.     Assists to FM with the other financial affairs related to tax

25% Reporting and Analysis

1.     Researches and disseminates information on inquiries related to department expenses for managers

2.     Prepares key finance information analysis including trend and forecast versus actual analysis

3.     Prepares monthly financial statements and management reports based on PRC GAPP and IFRS if needed

4.     Prepares reconciliation between China GAAP and IFRS and post proper adjustment if any

5.     Recommends and helps implement process improvements through high level analysis and collaboration

6.     Develops special reports and ad-hoc analysis based on the management requirements

7.     To perform any ad-hoc projects and Topics as needed

Job Requirements:

1.  Bachelor degree or above, majored in finance/accounting related

2.  6 years working experience, 3 years above general ledger and tax experience

3.  Good accounting knowledge on PRC GAAP and IFRS GAAP

4.  Working knowledge with SAP and Oracle system is an advantage

5.  Good communication skills and basic business English is required

6.  Good team work spirit and willing to assist other accountant

7.  Proactive and Dynamic, hands-on and can-do attitude is a MUST

8.  Willing to temporarily handle other accountants’ tasks in special period is a MUST
