Job description / Mission

1. Transport cost manage

   - Monitor transport cost evolution and make it transparency. Pre-detect the deviation and communicate with related departments. Communicate with management team support on cost control.

   - Month end transport cost check and accrue. Transport cost report overview to finalization.

   - LC factor review with shipping department. Check LC change impact on GP level.

   - Provide monthly KPI scorecard.

   - Make transport cost analysis for management business review meeting.

   - Transport recharge booking and invoice to related CC and PC.

    

2. TP price and purchasing price monitor

   - Monitor the price change procedure is align with the policy.

   - Check with inventory team on TP and standard cost change. Detect the impact on GP and stock. - Any impact need communicate and get approval before implement.

   - Monitor GP evolution and make it transparency.

   - PPV check and reason detect.

   - Communicate with purchasing, inventory control, planner team about detected potential risk and ask action.

    

3. Inventory cost

   - Monitor the stock movement and aging is in healthy trend. Stock provision verify with inventory control and accrue.

   - Check stock scrap and stock taking difference. pre-detect related risk

   - Month-end stock report and provision booking.

   - Verify TP change impact on stock with Inventory team.

   - Stock reconciliation (GL and sub-ledge, psychical count cross check)

    

4. Project support

   -  Auto scorecard development with IT support to improve job efficiency.

   -  SAP hana project-finance

    

5. Other support

   Business analysis as a team, need work and support on each other. You may also be assigned with other business analysis jobs when necessary. Such as

   - Admin cost relates analysis incl. Cost allocation, Service recharge etc.

   - Sales GP, multi-chain, cost per order line monthly scorecard.

   - Forecast job at the year end.

    

   Educational /Experience Requirements

   - University graduated, bachelor degree.

   - At least 2 years work experience on finance or business analysis.

   - CET 4 at least. Good command of both spoken and written English.

   - Good at MS office. (Excel analysis, scorecard, presentation skills etc)

    

   Knowledge requirements

   - Experienced on SAP system, SDMM and FICO model will be preferred

   - Well-known of related KPI definition, so make finance report and analysis align with that.

   - Well-known the link between finance results and business.

   - Plan and work in systematic and organized way, drive activities and follow up to delivery results
