日常工作：

1、负责公司所承接项目的全过程管理，包括但不限于项目施工过程中的深化设计、方案优化、施工组织、安全生产、竣工验收等工作；

2、负责项目参与方，建设单位、设计单位和其他相关单位的关系管理协调；

3、负责方案的深化、计划编制、施工方案等各项资料的整理及制作；

4、负责项目的施工管理，对施工任务总体安排、对施工安全、质量、进度、变更进行管理和监督；

5、负责项目成本的管理，包括项目过程成本控制、变更等；

任职资格：

1、本科或以上学历，具有2年以上建筑智能化弱电设计或施工工作，有独立项目实施经验；

2、熟练掌握CAD制图、OFFICE等办公软件的操作；

3、熟悉弱电系统（音视频系统、多媒体会议系统、门禁、监控、报警、广播、网络、机房、录播、会议预约、庭审、中控等）

4、具有良好的沟通、协调和团队合作精神，吃苦耐劳，有责任心。

Daily work:

1. Responsible for the whole process management of the project undertaken by the company, including but not limited to the detailed design, scheme optimization, construction organization, safe production, completion acceptance and other work during the project construction;

2. Responsible for relationship management and coordination among project participants, construction units, design units and other relevant units;

3. Responsible for the deepening of plans, the compilation of plans, the compilation and production of construction plans and other materials;

4. Responsible for project construction management, overall arrangement of construction tasks, management and supervision of construction safety, quality, progress and change;

5. Responsible for project cost management, including project process cost control, change, etc.;

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of intelligent weak current design or construction of buildings, with independent project implementation experience;

2. Proficient in the operation of CAD drawing, OFFICE and other OFFICE software;

3. Familiar with weak current system (audio and video system, multimedia conference system, access control, monitoring, alarm, broadcasting, network, computer room, recording and broadcasting, conference appointment, trial, central control, etc.)

4. Good communication, coordination and teamwork spirit, hardworking and responsible.
