Responsibility:

• Closely monitor the latest fashion trend and growth opportunity in the kids wear sector.
• Summarize orders and formulate quarterly purchasing plans, such as commodity categories, boys and girls clothing, sizes, etc.
• Regular report on purchase-sale ratio, gross profit control, inventory situation, etc.
• Establish basic product information, responsible for system information and order maintenance.
• Focus on and analyze market and customer response to the products in terms of style, design, color and price.
• Provide national brand advertising and effective promotional programs.
• Responsible for website promotion and e-commerce management, use all kinds of Internet resources, Experience in cooperation with Jing Dong, Tmall and VIP shop, etc.
• Daily communication with the French brand, coordinate with problem goods.
• Follow up on tracking import order shipments and order payment status.
• Translated and submitted to the relevant import clearance documents, follow up with the logistics department to ship, label making, storage, etc.
• Responsible for system main file maintenance and order entry
• Supervise merchandise sales and inventory data, organize merchandise training and daily product Q&A, assist in inventory counting
• Liaise with IT team for system issues、reports and development

Requirement:

• 8 years or more experience in product management of kids wear or fashion industry.
• Professional commodity knowledge and analytical ability in related fields
• Good professional ethics, conscientious and responsible work, proactive, can withstand certain work pressure
• Good personal communication and negotiation skills, good English skills
• Familiar with system operation and MS Office

岗位职责:

• 密切关注儿童服装行业的最新时尚趋势和增长机会
• 汇总订单及制定每季商品采买计划，如：商品品类、男女童服装、尺码等采买比例等
• 定期报告进销比、毛利控制、库存情况等
• 建立产品基础信息，负责系统的信息和订单的维护
• 关注和分析市场及顾客对产品的风格、设计、颜色和价格的反应
• 提供全国性品牌广告宣传及有效的促销方案
• 负责网站推广及电子商务管理，能够运用各种互联网资源,有京东、天猫、唯品会网站经验等
• 与法国品牌方日常沟通，协调问题商品
• 跟进追踪进口订单出货情况以及订单付款情况
• 翻译并提交进口清关相关单据，与物流跟进出货、制标、到仓等相关事宜
• 系统主档维护，订单输入等
• 监管商品销售及库存数据，组织安排商品培训及日常商品答疑，协助盘点
• 与IT协调相关系统问题及报表开发等                                                        

任职要求:

• 8年或以上儿童服装或时尚行业的商品管理工作经验
• 具备相关领域专业商品知识及分析能力
• 具有良好的职业道德，工作认真负责、积极主动，能承受一定工作压力
• 具有良好的个人沟通及谈判技巧，良好英语能力
• 熟悉系统操作、MS Office
