岗位职责：

1. 负责评估、安装、维护和更新计算机和软件系统以支持研发中心的运营，包括但不限于电子实验记录本（ELN）和新药研发环境中的科学数据库的管理；
2. 负责网络及实验信息技术安全；
3. 制定和实施与实验室需求适应的IT技术解决方案，包括但不限于质谱分析、生物数据处理、实验室自动化以及IT系统管理；
4. 提供IT服务，包括但不限于服务器设置与配置、提供终端或云解决方案、软件系统发展及维护；
5. 管理化学库系统；
6. 与科研人员和业务经理沟通技术实施规划和风险管控；
7. 有良好的中文和英文的语言能力。

任职要求：

1. 计算机科学、生命科学或工程相关专业本科或硕士。有10年以上相关医药行业的工作经验；
2. 有为新药研发机构实施企业信息技术解决方案的经验，熟悉开发过程和相关生物信息学工具和数据库；
3. 了解云计算环境，并具有其在办公室/实验室运营中的应用经验；
4. 为内部和外部科研合作机构提供IT技术解决方案；
5. 熟悉Linux/Unix和windows系统，有Java，Python或其他语言编程经验；
6. 优秀的人际交往能力和沟通能力；
7. 热爱工作，对具有挑战性的事情干劲十足，勇于采取行动即使计划有限，比别人抓住更多的机会，推动自己和他人取得成果。
8. 具备良好的英文水平。

1. Head of Business Technology

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for assessing, installing, maintaining, and updating computer and software systems in support of scientific lab operations, such as Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN), and scientific data base management in a biotech working environment.
• Develop and implement IT solutions that are in commensurate with lab directed needs, such as Mass Spec analysis, biology data processing, laboratory automation support, and IT integration.
• Provide IT services such as server setup and configuration, provision of hosted or cloud solutions, software integration services, scripting of command line batch automation, etc.
• Communicate with scientific staff and business managers on IT technical implementation planning and risk mitigation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS/MS degree in a computer, life-science, or engineering field with 10+ years of working experience，ideally in biopharmaceutical R&D industry.
• Experience in building enterprise solutions for scientific projects and is familiar with the development process and relevant software.
• Knowledge of cloud environments and experience in its applications for office and lab operations,
• Provide business technology solutions for internal and external scientific collaborations. 
• Excellent knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows systems with 5+ years administrator experience preferred.
• Programming experience in Java, Python or other object-oriented languages
• Familiarity with major standard bioinformatics tools and databases
• Strong interpersonal skills and committed to efficient verbal and written communication
• Enjoys multitasking and working hard in a biotech setting; is action oriented and full of energy for the things he/she sees as challenging; not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning; seizes more opportunities than others. Anticipate problems and their solutions without explicit guidance.
• Proficiency in English is required.
