职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain portfolio of agreements and spot orders;
- Process execution, full compliance with Procurement Procedure and Control requirements;
- Support business clients in development and implementation of commercial strategies to gain possible savings;
- Steward tactical Client relationship for key portfolio activities
- Supplier relationship management
- Identify business value and agreement rationalization opportunities within the portfolio
- Ensure transactional efficiency of agreements/orders (SAP friendly)
- Active contribution in procurement networks and market intelligence collection
- Support Contract Leads work at other sites
- Spot purchasing orders quantities around 200/year
- Outline agreements quantities around 50/year
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering (mechanical/chemical) from 985 universities
- 2-3 years of working experience in Procurement(Acquisition)
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Cantonese (Speaking, listening, writing and reading)
- Procurement / commercial functional expertise
- Understanding of client business and objectives
- Industry and market knowledge
- Communication skills
- Analytical skill and presentation skill
- Effective negotiation, advocacy and influencing skills
- Good Knowledge of PtP process including SAP systems
- Project planning / execution skills
