Essential Function 1: Sales Assistance
1. Conduct technical communication/calculations and responsible for the documentation of results
2. Report/discuss business status on regular basis. Update customers database (SOR/EOR) of responsible application(s) and share with Sales (report line) to propose annual sales targets in line with sales growth expectation.
3. Identify new potentials; and coordinate product launch
Essential Function 2: After Sales Service
1. Organize and perform technical services on site such as trial/start-up/shut-down assistance/data evaluations
2. Plant / catalyst operation trouble-shooting
3. Plant data collecting, analysis and optimization recommendations
4 Conduct post sales follow-up; provide feedback. Handle claims.
Essential Function 3: Knowledge Management
1. Shares know-how proactively to support Clariants capabilities for problem solving
2. Liase with Sales
Essential Function 4: Customer relationship building
1. Building relationship with production/ operation function of customers/prospects.
