1、 参与公司产品立项和可行性分析，制定项目计划，定义项目各阶段的任务；

2、负责整个项目的进度.质量，风险管控

3、主导项目技术支持工作，包括项目ID评审，结构评审，模具评审，硬件，软件评审等工作协调和技木支持，定期总结和汇报项目研发进展情况；

4、根据研发进度，主导电子烟阶段试产，推动项目大货生产；.

岗位要求

1、大专学历，英语可作为日常工作语言(必备条件)

2、至少三年以上电子产品或电子烟PM工作

3、具备一定的硬件，软件知识，有研发部门工作经验者优先考虑

4、心态好，沟通协调能力强，积极主动，勇于承担责任。

5、能带领整个团队。
