• Make software development plan and test plan together with engineering project Manager, software team leader and test team leader

• Manage the software project resource plan with engineering project manager

• Monitor the software project resource spend against project plan (PREPS or ER&D)

• Monitor

• Define software configuration management and change management together with software team leader

• Report software status, quality, progress, plan, resource and spend to software manager

• Assign work/task to software team members with PTC Integrity

• Manage software task, review, open points in proper status.

• Coordinate or manage the software development in global environment

岗位要求：

Critical skills, abilities and characteristics necessary to perform job responsibilities.

• Ability to Code using C language.

• Ability to use MS project or other project management tools.

• Ability to well use MS Excel

• Worked as software developer for more than 5 years

• Experience on CAN, UDS, Bootloader, OS, Autosar

• Software ASPICE knowledge is mandatory

• 3+ times SOP project experience on software development

• Worked on DOORS, PTC Integrity or other similar live time management system and configuration management system

• Good communication in oral English.

• Good English Reports / Writing Skills

• Ability to organize the software development work in a global environment.

• Ability to measure software project metrics

• Ability to measure software quality and software KPI

• Ability to solve conflicts and problems

• Ability to motivate people and unify team

• Must be a team player.
