要求:

1. 本科学历；计算机、金融、工商管理及相关专业优先

2. 2年以上行业工作经验，有人力资源或财务相关经验者优先

3. 有创意、有上进心，能独立工作

4. 良好的人际沟通能力、组织能力

5. 能承受工作压力

6. 普通话流利，具备中等英文读写能力

Job Responsibility:

1. Develop and explore business opportunities; maintain and develop the existing customer relationship; cultivate and develop potential customers, identify and, where possible, influence prospect needs

2. Conduct effective sales presentation, solution proposal, business negotiation and close deals both individually and as a team; get pre-sales supports for large deal/pursues.

3. Work closely with Take5 Client Service and R&D team to maximize Take5 's value proposition to clients

4. Responsible for account management to attain maximum customers satisfaction, and create own sales plan to archive pre-set sales targets

Requirement:

1. University degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline is preferred;

2. 2+ years experience in IT Industry, preferably in HR and HR Payroll or Finance application sectors

3. The candidate must be self-motivated, creative and able to work independently

4. Excellent client management and presentation skills with experience in dealing with top management executives.

5. Well developed interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate well at all organizational levels

6. Ability to work under pressure

7. General in speaking English
