1.tracking order flow from order receipt till order delivery to ensure scheduled delivery date

2. coordinating with direct customers/other offices and other team, e.g. sales /buyer/quality to facilitate order process

3. monitoring the production schedule, inspection plan and delivery process at vendors.

4.maintaining the order tracking file as order system database

5.chasing prompt and accurate documentation from vendor to ensure customer/other offices’ prompt import at destination

6.assisting payment process at customers/other offices to help with smooth document transit from vendor to final customer

Skills：

1. College degree above and Good English practice in oral , listening and writing
2. Experienced in similar job function in foreign trade company , preferable foreign investment company ,at least 2 years
3. Good planning in job accomplishment independently
4. Strong teamwork and customer-oriented working style
5. Capable to work under pressure and willing to take additional role assigned by team leader
