1. To manage all aspects of  strategic projects in responsible platform.

2. To support corporate mid to long term sales activities.

3. Strategic projects include application market intelligence, technology platform planning ( including process and IP development plan and roadmap ) and execution, initial pricing and pre-sales support activities.

岗位要求：

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience of design, design service, process development/integration or engineering support to customer.

2. Fast paced, highly visible, and deadline driven and demands a team player, as well as a self-starter.

3. Good experience of logic / memory /embedded memory process technology, or design, or IP or engineering support.

4. Good written and verbal communications skills. 

5. English verbal and written communication skills required for the communication with internal colleagues and external vendors and customers. 

6. Reasonable knowledge of the semiconductor market and focused segments, such as Industrial, Medical, Automotive, Communication, Consumer, and Computing will be a plus.

7. Ability to think strategically and logically when making research and proposal.

8. Good relationship or/and connections with related engineering and/or sales teams. 

9. Excellent organization and planning skills.

10. Good Microsoft software skills.
