Job Responsibilities 工作职责:

1. Is responsible to operate, maintain and upgrade the facilities & utilities which cover fire protection system, cooling water system, security monitoring system, etc.

2. Oversees parking area, housekeeping, green area, security guard, internal transportation, waste, etc.

3. Ensure the data on utilities running, energy using, waste, etc. reporting on quality on time internally and externally

4. Implement the requirement from ISO 14001 Environment management and Standardization of Production Safety in public area of extensive new campus 

5. Continuous improvement in the public area on 6S management, Safety and Security

6. Other support assigned by the management

Position Qualifications 任职要求:

1. College-level and above, major in Safety Science or Environment engineering

2. Minimum 3-year experience on utility management and 3-year experience on EHS management in manufacturing industry, the automotive industry background is preferred

3. Fire administrator certificate level 5 and above, National Safety engineer certificate, ISO14001 /OHSAS 18001 internal auditor license

4. Experience on working under FM global requirements

5. Good written and documentation skill

6. Good communication skills

7. CET 4 is minimum

8. Home locates in neighbor area
