 KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (including EHSS responsibilities)

1. Support to drive innovation excellence

2. Close communication with all the internal parties includes local supply chain, S-D-C, local TS, Marketing, financial dept., etc., to support project execution, to measure the project success

3. Support the preparation of innovation presentations and data analysis, and individualized presentations for meetings.

4. Support to Build up the partnership with external related parties, such as industrial associations, institutes, university.

5. Take the initiatives of in-depth knowledge to certain or assigned focus area and actively propose new projects whenever needed

6. Other additional tasks assigned by supervisor such as support to organize workshop when necessary.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件 (education, language, expertise, functional competences)

Education

Min. bachelor’s degree, chemical related specialty is preferable

Knowledge/Requirement

1. Excellent verbal, written communication skills in both English and Chinese, strong organization,

presentation and management skills.  Good at Microsoft office software, like PPT, excel etc.

2. Diligence and creativity, quick response to work, efficient time management.

3. Quick learner and problem solver.

4. Good skills in information collecting, data processing, data analysis

5. Good skills in relationship building up
