? Deal with quality problem on site to support production and be responsible for project and in-process quality control.

?support the team to control the quality during the APQP phase.

?Handle the quality issues occurred in development phase

?Understand the customer’s quality requirements and transfer them into internal project team.

?Make PPAP Docs and submit to customer

?Monthly scrap analysis and lead to find out the root cause, define and follow up the countermeasures.

?Weekly review of NOK parts.

?Monitor of daily in-process quality status, prepare and follow up corrective & preventive actions for in-process quality non-conformity and negative feedback from early containment activity.

?handle external quality complaint.

?Periodically review CP, in-process inspection plan and its record.

?Manage SPC process and monthly submit reports to customer.

?4M change tracking and verification.

?Support customer audit, internal system audit, internal process audit and 3rd party audit. ?Implement weekly LPA audit.

Job Competencies:

?  Bachelor Degree or above; Major in mechatronics will be preferred
? 5+ years working experience in quality field(process,project and customer), familiar with statistical quality control tools, such as FMEA, SPC etc and QA manufacturing understanding.
? IATF16949 or VDA auditor certified or trained is preferred.
? Experience  both in mechanical and electronic  is preferred  （ECU assembly, motor assembly,wire-harness，automotive braking system assembly）
? Passion for excellence with high integrity, commitment to quality, fluent in oral and written in English and Mandarin
? Strong communication effectiveness to cross-function
? Self-discipline, self-starter, ability to work in cross-functional & global team environment.

• Product knowledge

§  Applies a detailed level of product knowledge and experience to enable customer credibility and to be able to propose solutions for the design in the new product

§  Applies a high level of vehicle system knowledge to understand customers need in features and performance in the new product

• Champions transparency and compliance to IATF16949, APQP
