1. Responsibilities

As the R&D Engineer, you will:

- Responsible for the process section to ensure it performing according to our business objectives and goal

- Own line quality, process yield improvement and production cost reduction.

- Work closely with Production, Equipment, QA to solve any process yield and process quality related event

- Provide FA reports for customer complaints and driving continues process improvements

- Prepare and provide WI to line and ensure all operators have trained / certificated before operation

- Support ISO14000 implementation

- Provide efforts to standardize operator handling and optimize line layout

- Delivery weekly/monthly report with depth data analysis, root course finding and actions holding to department manager

- Ensure production have 100% follow SOP and “No document, No production”

2. Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above, major in chemical or materials application

- 3 years above relevant working experience in process engineering

- Have comprehensive knowledge on engineering tools like SPC, DOE, FMEA, SOP

- Well versed with quality system requirements & standards, Quality Assurance Control Plan and Quality 7 tools

- Experience in product transfer, new product line setup and release to mass production.

- Strong data analyze and problem solving skills

- Have basic knowledge on clean room control

- Good training, interpersonal and communication skills

- Excellent project management experience

- Fluent writing and speaking in English

Competence in MS Office Tools and MS Project
