Account Manager

Job Description:

- Capture potential customers and maintain good relationship with both customers and overseas agents.

- Interface between client and Altavia, ensuring that communication flows effectively between both parties.

- According to the sales plan, and achieve sales objectives of assigned customers.

- In charge of key account development; understand customer need,lead customer thinking and help solve customer problem to achieve sales targets.

- Market expansion in exsiting markets.

- Sales Funnel Management: Find sales opportunities, follow up and control sales process;Setup account competition plan, coordinate company resource to win customer order.

- Sign sales contract, follow project fulfillment and maintain long term good relationship with customer.

- Sales Account Receivable Management.

- Execute Company Sales Policy and Process.

- Work together with other departments to gain market share and brand reputation.

- 与潜在客户保持良好的关系；

- 在客户与公司之间进行沟通协调，确保双方顺畅有效的沟通；

- 按照销售计划，完成指定客户的销售目标；

- 负责行业大客户业务开拓，了解客户需求，引导客户，帮助客户解决问题，完成销售任务；

- 对现有市场进行拓展；

- 销售漏斗管理：负责商机挖掘，推进、控制销售过程，制定差异化竞争策略，协调资源并获取订单；

- 参与商务谈判，签署销售合同，并跟踪项目实施服务过程，与客户保持良好关系；

- 销售应收款的管理；

- 严格执行公司有关销售的各项政策及操作规程；

- 协助公司其他部门，不断扩大公司产品的市场占有率及品牌知名度。

Skills required：

- Bachelor degree and above.

- Minimum 1~2 years of relevant experience.

- Good English in oral and written, have good ability of client service and management.

- Good customer communication skills and resource coordination skills.

- Strong team coordination capability and problem solving capability.

- Take company assigned work proactively.

- Diligent and quick learning; Is a self starter and have good integrity.

- Have architectural design company or real estate company's work experience, especially overseas company working experience is preferred.

- 本科学历及以上；

- 至少1 - 2年的相关工作经验；

- 英语（口语与写作）能力良好,有良好的客户服务与管理能力；

- 有良好的客户沟通技巧和协调资源能力；

- 较强的团队协助能力和处理复杂问题的能力；

- 积极主动承担公司分派的工作；

- 勤奋好学, 上进心强, 诚信正直, 品行端正；

- 有建筑设计公司或地产公司的工作经历，尤其是海外公司的工作经历者优先。
