职位描述
日常固定事项——
l 行政：文档分类管理、物资采买、快递管理、后勤保障和维护、总经理办公室环境管理等；
l 人事：招聘岗位发布及简历筛选、公积金缴纳办理、考勤统计、工资表制作、劳动合同管理等；
l 业务辅助：公司成品采购合同制作；
l 财务辅助：每个月各项发票整理统计并与外包财务公司对接、银行结汇、备用金支取等；
l 采购辅助：协助采购处理辅助类事务；
l 其他：协助公司各部门处理各类日常或突发事宜以及总经理交代的各类公司其他事宜；
l 每年两次（4月/10月）广交会事宜：新品资料与业务跟单一起制作（拍照+量尺寸+编号+打印目录+报价单制作），陪同设计团队出差采购新品面辅料，协助采购一起处理紧急需要的新品面辅料取样工作。
加薪项目——
1. 速卖通和亚马逊订单发货、新品上架之前的统计和整理；
2. 楼下小卖部产品售卖管理和统计；
3. 其他渠道产品售卖管理和统计；
4. 如参加内销展，对接内销客户，拿到订单，同业务一样享有业绩毛利润提成，具体提点按实际情况再定。
岗位要求：
1. 眼中有事，灵活细致，勤勤恳恳，尽心尽力！
2. 工作年限2年及以上，有行政类或销售助理类工作经验；
3. 大专及以上学历。

此岗位直接与总经理对接，同时服务公司整体。公司目前的综合定位是“小而美，美而精”，人员不多，但个个出彩！
