职位描述
In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Tactical Execution
01. Assist in the development and implementation of a growth platform strategy
02. Work closely with CBI team to identify relevant consumer and business insights for a strategically well grounded marketing plan
03. Work closely with the different marketing managers to identify the issues from their markets and help verify the solution they provided
Business Building
01. Execute detailed plan and calendar to expand sales and achieve the assigned sales revenue goal
02. Assist filed marketing managers to have better planning and execution in its field
03. Work with Finance department to continuously monitor and measure effectiveness of promotions
04. Identify improvement opportunities during the process of executing marketing plan for a successful implementation of the Marketing plan and calendar 05. Guide and monitor regional and local stores to execute the marketing plan with relevant activities while promoting products and services to enhance the brand image 06. Provide regular business review to Marketing Director and diagnose what’s working and what’s not working
Brand Building
01. Ensure all marketing activities designed and implemented are uniquely own-able to McDonald’s
02. Ensure consistent brand positioning, personality and tone of voice across all forms of marketing communications
Relationships
01. Insure environment and gain consensus for the development of tactics from all relevant departments such as SCM, Operations, and Accounting
02. Being the best coach for all the marketing managers of the direct-owned market
03. Insure communication throughout marketing department of progress and gain approval of any changes in tactical approach
04. Insure seamless communication with agencies and suppliers
05. Establish a productive environment of partnership that encourages free exchange of ideas and innovations with the agencies
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant fields
2. 5+ years’ of solid brand marketing experience with multi-international FMCG brands, incl. ATL, BTL and digital experience. FMCG and retail industry experience a strong plus.
3. Experience working with or for advertising agencies and vendors
4. Ability to work under pressure
5. Excellent oral communication and presentation skills
6. Fluency in Chinese and English
7. Well time management, good sense of responsibility and working attitude
8. Self-starter, proactive, taking ownership
