职位描述
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
o Provide day-to-day administrative support to Group President to effectively manage complex global calendars, schedule high level/time-sensitive meetings, manage travel arrangements, maintain files and records and complete expense reports.
o Delivers quality and timely work; uses judgment to identify urgent issues and ways to resolve immediately
o Handle correspondence in a confidential nature; where appropriate respond to, create, compose and/or edit e-mail responses
o Works well in self-directed environment, with minimal instruction needed, assumes increased levels of responsibility and takes accountability for decisions and outcomes
o Proactively coordinate team meetings, conferences and events (internal and external) including logistics, WebEx scheduler and onsite support
o Manage purchase orders through Company systems and ensures continued existence of office supplies
o Coordinate visits of external guests to the site and manages all necessary logistics
o To lead, manage or coordinate special or ad hoc projects being assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
o The candidate must be independent, pro-active, self-motivated with strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal. Professionalism and good judgment specially handling confidential matters are crucial. Strong analytical ability and positive working attitude, able to work under pressure and eager to learn.
o Bachelor degree or above, 5+ years of previous administrative experience to support Senior Executives. Working experience from matrix-structured company and experience to handle multiple-layers communication are preferred. Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize and work independently. Responsible self-starter with high attention to detail, healthcare industry background and project management experience would be preferred.
o Good interpersonal and communication skills and result-oriented. Excellent communications skills with an ability to respond with professionalism including written email messages. Good level of English ( both in oral and written ), fluent in Chinese.
o Experience with Microsoft Office - proficient Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook skills are necessary
o Previous experience coordinating global business travels. Ability to communicate and work in a team environment and collaborate with other administrative support.
