Job Description:

1. Handle day-to-day operations of CNY incoming & outgoing payments, AML big amount & suspicious reporting, Term Deposit, VAT invoices, and regulatory reports in accordance with the guidelines of Head of Operations/Head of Payment, and the regulations of local financial authorities.

2. Perform compliance checking and the signatures of customer instructions and ensure test keys are verified by administration department.

3. Answer the queries from customer via phone call or e-mail.

4. Pass the daily operation entries into Midas, Payplus, etc according to the internal operation procedure.

5. Ensure issues potentially exposing the Bank to operating losses or regulatory risks are promptly identified, surfaced and reported to the functional leader.

6. Check the transactions to avoid exposing the Bank for money laundering purpose, report AML big amount transaction report to related business.

7. Prepare the correct reports to the local financial authorities and branches in time.

8. Ensure all the important payment documents and stationeries are kept properly.

9. To be a backup for FCY incoming payment and related reporting.

10. Liaise with functional head to handle irregular case, and other related duties as and when assigned.
