1、Achieving target levels of new business through effective personal sales plan
2、Implementation of Sales Strategy by planning and prioritizing personal sales portfolio and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including in costs and sales – especially managing personal time and productivity
3、Achieve the sales daily actives targets like calls, appointments, meetings, and pipeline updates
4、Being able to make a pitch on varied products to prospective corporate clients with high productivity required
5、Contract implementing & monitoring
6、Efficient communication being conducted both internally and externally
7、Being resourceful, initiative and creative, actively seeks opportunities to make a contribution
8、Completing other tasks or assignments given by project director if any

Requirements
1、At least 3 years prior work experience in Sales role with proven record of success in insurance or related service industry, i.g.travel, concierge and health management.

2、High level communication skills and project management skills
3、High level interpersonal and analytical skills
4、Self-motivated person who is comfortable in working in a results based position, be able to manage a challenging sales quota and be aggressive in new sales development
5、The ability to plan and manage time is essential, have very strong and assertive selling skills.
6、A friendly, professional manner is imperative, as is the ability to prepare and make presentations effectively
7、Easy going / good sense on team work

8、Fluent in Chinese and English
