职位描述
工作责任：
1. 管理白车身项目现场安装调试直至终验收；
2. 制定详细进度计划，进度跟踪和优化，以实现合同规定的时间；
3. 制定资源规划，包括外部资源，明确任务的资源和检查任务的状态；
4. 确保两库卡和供应商的人员的安全；
5. 确保工作质量；
6. 控制成本；
7. 执行公司的采购流程；
8. 现场货物接收和仓库管理；
9. 现场库卡设备管理；
10.现场资源管理，包括外部资源和供应商；
11.客户关系管理。
任职资格：
1. 毕业于机械设计专业，大学专科以上学历；
2. 良好的英语沟通能力，包括口语和写作；
3. 至少5年工作的管理安装机械和电自动化生产线现场经验，有白车身经验者优先；
4. 良好的管理和沟通技巧。

Responsibility
·Manage the complete process of installation and commission of BIW equipment/line until final acceptance by customer is achieved
·Make detailed schedule planning, follow and optimize the schedule in order to achieve the timing defined in the contract
·Make resource planning including external resource, define the task of the resources and check the status of the tasks
·Ensure the safety of the personnel of both KUKA and suppliers
·Ensure the quality of the work
·Control the cost
·Follow company procedure for procurement
·Site goods receive and warehouse management
·Site KUKA equipment management
·Site resource management including external resources and suppliers.
·Customer relation management
Qualification
·Major in Mech.-electric engineering in well known university
·Bachelor’s or Master degree
·Good English communication skills including speaking and writing
·Minimum 5 year working experience in site managing to install mech.-electric automation production lines, experience in BIW is preferred
·Demonstrate good management and communication skills
