Tasks & Responsibilities：

1:Collect orders from distributors via emails ,calls or wechat; then insert orders into SAP accordingly

2:Follow up order status, including payment, delivery, credit/rebate, monthly closure

3:Handle distributors complaints with other related departments to improve customer satisfaction

4:Answer to any inquiry from customers, such as promote, campaign, stock(availability, ETA), rebate, price etc.

5:Support sales team as required

6:Updated customers master data, daily sales report

Qualification：

Degree: college degree or above

English Level: CET-4 CET-6
