Plant support

1.Carry out tests or coordinate on PSR and customer claims

2.Good support strategic projects from process point of view

3.Good support for productivity and quality improvement projects from process point of view  

New product or process launch

1.Pilot and industrialize new products from formulation lab or based on transfer files Take lead on transferred products from other zones

2.Launch new process study Initiate and follow up the change review

Good Laboratory Practice in pilot lab and other formulation labs

1.Maintenance of lab equipment

2.Coordinate and arrange test works

3.Advise and update technical and safety documents

4. Help to make and implement HSE rules  

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Education ：Master degree or above, major in chemical related

Related Experience ：Min. 5 years’ experience in Chemistry/Polymer Industry, with min. 3 year’s field experience in silicone industry. Experience in pilot or industrial scale up is preferred.

§  Follow instructions closely, strictly and correctly

§  Be familiar with the process of silicone sealing&bonding products and (or) rubber process

§  Good problem solving capability

§  Good communication and presentation skill

§  Organizing and planning
