职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting
? Daily cash in and cash out controlling and recording
? Weekly financial report updated
? Provide all assistance needed for the annual audit for company
? Ensure that payables are paid in a timely manner and receivables are collected promptly
? Complete monthly bank reconciliations
? Issue invoice to clients
? Profit calculation for the company income tax every quarter
Administration
? Office maintenance, such as purchase office stationary, daily express arrangement, etc
? Contracts and event files classification
? Flight tickets and hotel booking for business trip
? Database input
Human Resource
? New employee registration and contract preparation
? Registration for quit employees at Labor Bureau
? Deal with the social insurance and housing fund for employees
? Apply working visa and work permit for foreign employees
? Working visa and work permit extension for exist foreign employees
REQUIREMENT
? Basic book-keeping and computer skills needed
? Fluent in English, both verbal and writing
? Immediately available is preferable
? Willing to work under pressure with pleasant/enthusiasm personality
