船员部操作岗位职责:

Crew Operator's Job Responsibilities:

1.在船员部经理和船员部主管的领导下，协助船员主管做好船舶配员工作；

Under the leadership of crew manager and supervisor, conduct the relative manning of the ship.

2.根据船员上船协议签订的合同期，及时编制换员计划；

As per crew contract of employment, prepare crew replacement plan in time.

3.跟踪船舶动态，及时处理船东和船舶的邮件，根据船东换员指令，利用一切资源寻找合适的船员并通知培训部面试；

Tracing the ship movement situation, treat the ship and ship owners' mail. As per owner’s crew replacement instruction, look for suitable candidate, and pass to training department,then recommend to owner for interview.

4.根据培训部反馈的信息，按船东要求填妥船员登记表发给船东，并通知船员作好面试准备;

As per the training department feedback info, complete the crew registration record and send to the ship owner, and notify the crew to prepare for interview.

5.根据面试结果，通知船员将所有证书快递到公司，审查并确保证书齐全并在上船协议合同期内有效；

When passed and verified by the ship owner, notify the interviewee crew to express their documents/certificates to office, check and ensure all are in valid.

6.协助培训部完成船员面试和派前教育，授权与外派船员签订上船协议；

Connect with training department to complete crew interview and pre-joining education,authorization to sign the contract with assigning crew.

7.协助船员主管做好上船船员的接待及上、下船船员的行程安排；

Connect with the crew supervisor to complete the reception of sign-on crew and arrange of sign-on/sign-off crew travelling.

8.上下船船员一旦确定后，立即向培训部主管发送船员调令；

Once the sign-on/sign-off crew confirmed, send the deploy order to training department supervisor immediately.

9.与船东密切沟通，及时掌握船员思想动态，对下船船员进行考核；

Contact with ship owner closely, investigate the crew thought tendency, make appraisal report of sign-off crew.

10.协助财务部，审核、发放船员工资及报销船员上、下船费用；

Connect with the financial department to check the crew wage and sign-on/sign-off reimbursement.

11.根据需要，分管版块船员资料归档，并做好每条船的台帐；

As needed and required, to file crew info, and complete the ship’s account.

12.年终时，对分管版块船舶的回流率和遣返率进行统计；

Make statistics to the crew reflux ratio the repatriation ratio of the sector of ship.

13.及时更新劳务统计表，按月发给船员主管、管理者代表、总经理；

Update the labor statistics table, and send to crew supervisor, the representative and general manager.

14.及时处理船员或船东的投诉，不能处理时，尽快报告上一级主管；

Treat the crew or ship owner’s complaints in time. And report to the upper supervisor at once when difficult to deal with.

15.友好、耐心、及时解答船员在工作和生活中的疑问，对船员家属的疑问要友善回答；

Make response to the query of crew work and life and crew family with polite, patient and in time.

16.领导交代的其他工作；

The other work the leader hand over.

->相关工作经验要求：

->大专以上学历，英文书写及口语流利者优先。

College degree or above ,good written and oral English is preferred..

->良好的沟通能力与表达能力、有较好的理解能力及悟性.具有船员操作的工作经验者优先考虑.

Good communication skills and ability,better understanding and savvy.With crew operator job experience is preferred.
