About the position
The HR unit drives the people and organization agenda. Your daily tasks will consist of 30-40% operations and 60-70% of talent acquisition. total rewards and strategic HR projects.

The internship entails

• Working hours: averagely 3-5 days a week
• Internship length: best 3-6 months, prefer to convert to full time employee upon graduation for good performance 
• The remuneration follows the normal pay level for internships
• Internship training course: Problem solving, Feedback, Excel, PPT, Efficiency at work, etc.

 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor ’s degree student within business, organization and HR, social sciences or similar from renowned university or business school
• Demonstrated strong academic performance
• International mindset and ability to cooperate across cultures
• Ability to communicate effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and Chinese
• Positive energy and motivated by learning
• Ideally work experience from other leading and international organizations
