KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To take overall responsibility for the purchasing of all goods and services

• To provide advice and support for all minor purchases.

• Develop a working relationship with the College’s principle suppliers and create Preferred Vendor List.

• In conjunction with the Finance Director, monitor expenditure against budgets

• Annually review the Purchasing Policy to ensure it continues to meet the College’s requirements.

• Responsible for maintaining both Inventory Management and Asset Management on Sage.

To participate in any other projects or tasks relating to the development or administration of the school as required by the Senior Leadership Team and the Board of Governors

    Preferred Aptitudes

• Strong at implementing purchasing IT systems
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent communication skills with a diverse range of people
• Previously worked in an international school or foreign owned business environment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Responsible and trustworthy
