岗位职责

1、负责热线咨询电话的接听和家长的预约、接待，帮助家长了解公司的服务，提供个性化课程咨询；

2、接待上门来访的家长并帮助学员安排学习计划，进行有效的沟通，了解家长的托班需求，推荐合适的课程；

3、做好家长跟老师之间的沟通，安排老师对家长的访谈和沟通事宜

任职资格

1、积极开朗，思想灵活，口齿流利；

2、形象气质佳，有亲和力；有一年以上销售或咨询相关工作经验；

3、愿意接受挑战，能够承担工作压力；

4、有强烈进取心，有团队意识，热爱小朋友愿意跟公司长期发展
