1. Maintain and develop existing and new suppliers through planned individual account support. Keep accurate records of suppliers' offer, quotations to internal subsidiaries, shipping cost, tax refund rate, etc.

2. Respond to and follow up purchase enquiries by emails and telephones. And responsible for ERP support on SCM function.

通过邮件及电话回复及跟踪相关的申请，并负责ERP系统下供应链模块。

3. Provide timely and competitive quotations while striving to maximize cost effectiveness of sourcing activities.

通过自身努力及时提供具有竞争力的报价单

4. To select the most suitable suppliers under GMP compliant sourcing procedure via phone calls, email discussion and questionnaires.

通过电话邮件讨论及问卷提供最合适的符合采购GMP流程的供应商

5. To independently complete whole sourcing procedure including enquiries, price and payment terms negotiation, commercial orders/ related documents preparation, and logistic arrangement.

独立完成包含询价，议价，订单，文件及物流的整个采购流程

6. To cooperate with warehouse for goods arrival and dispatch records.

协助仓库完成入库及发货记录

7. To liaise and negotiate between suppliers and related internal departments to achieve acceptable solution for purchasing related complaints.

作为供应商及内部的桥梁提供方案协助处理相关投诉

8. Documentation management. Keep files for commercial documents including orders, contracts, shipping documents, suppliers’ qualification and payment record etc.

文档管理，保存商务相关文件包括订单，合同，出运文件，供应商考核及付款等相关文件和记录

9. Support on other team members for purchasing related tasks include following up questionnaire, supporting Q department on supplier qualification and evaluation, EHS compliance related purchasing certificate and report department internally translation.

为采购团队提供相关支持，包括问卷跟踪，协助质量部完成供应商审核及评估，EHS合规相关的采购证的办理及部门内部的翻译工作

1. 1-3 year experience in chemical industry is preferred

2. Basic commercial and logistic knowledge in sourcing process.

4. Communication and language skills: sufficient English for email communication and daily oral dialogue.

CARBOGEN AMCIS is a market leading supplier for drug substance services for the pharmaceutical industry and also produces both drug substances and final medicines for clinical trials and commercial supply. We excel in the field of complex and difficult chemistry and scale-up.
