1.Accountable for directing, organizing, controlling and evaluating all Environmental Affairs, Industrial Hygiene, Health and Safety functions, services, resources and infrastructure to support her/his site’s manufacturing operations and service support areas. This position must comply with all Security guidelines, Environmental, Health and Safety regulations, BMS directives and the current Good Manufacturing Practices required by the job function.

2.Directs all components of the site Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) organization, which includes: Safety Programs, Occupational Health, Waste Management, Wastewater pre-Treatment, Crisis Management Programs, Environmental Permitting and Industrial Hygiene.
负责管理所有工厂EHS工作，包括：安全计划、职业健康、废弃物管理、废水预处理、危机管理、环境许可和工业卫生。
3.Develops and implements site safety program; functions as site officer and chairs EHS council.
Establishes, sets the tone, and communicates the site’s strategic and business programs, policies, and objectives for EH&S, consistent with GPS strategy.
制定和实施工厂安全规划；管理工厂EHS并主持EHS委员会。确保跟BMS GPS保持一致，建立并沟通工厂EHS的规划、业务计划、政策、目标。
4.Develops and implements critical management systems and information systems for compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

5.Identifies and ensures key EHS metrics, requirements and infrastructure are incorporated for sustainable compliance and safety and that site goals contribute to overall BMS Sustainability Goals.
确定并确保EHS关键指标和要求纳入合规性和安全性的长期规划，以确保工厂目标达成，支持BMS总体可持续性目标的完成。

6.Provides EHS review and oversight of detailed plan reviews, facility permitting, regulatory strategy, maintenance, operability and insurance reviews.

7.Directs contract resources and outside services to support chemical, and wastewater management programs.
负责化学品和废水管理的外部服务资源和合同管理。
8.Effectively manages assigned resources to address priorities, meet schedules.

9.Develops and leads a high performance team .

Experiences Desired
相关工作经验要求

1. 10 years or above experiences in Chemical, Mechanical or Safety Engineering
至少十年从事化工工程 、机械工程或安全工程的实际工作经验
2. Previous experience in EHS of pharmaceutical or management is preferable
具有制药行业经历者及相关管理工作经验者优先

Educational/Knowledge Desired (including professional qualifications & language proficiency)
必要的学历和专业资格，含语言能力

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical, Chemical or Safety Engineering
本科学历或以上，机械，化学或安全工程专业
2. Certified Safety Engineer or relevant
注册安全工程师或相关资质
3. ISO14001 or OSHAS18001 internal auditor is preferred
有ISO14001和OSHAS18001内审员资质更佳
4. Have an good ability to listen, speak, write and read in both English and Chinese
