岗位职责：

1、负责新产品的设计开发计划的制定与实施工作，包括结构方案设计、关键部件选型、技术参数配置、控制方式设计等；

2、负责新产品的方案评审、样品制作、实验检测等工作；

3、负责已上市产品的维护与改善，协助完成工程变更，为生产与销售环节提供必要的技术支持；

4、负责研发过程资料的收集、编制及管理工作；

5、完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、机械设计自动化或相关专业，硕士以上学历，2年以上工作经验；

2、熟练操作3D设计软件，和CAD绘图软件；

3、有通风类产品设计、钣金设计经验，熟悉产品外观处理工艺的优先；

4、有暖通空调、电机风机、电控设计经验的优先；

5、有较强的责任心，良好团队协作能力和沟通能力；

6、英语良好。
