岗位职责：

 1. 日常招聘渠道的维护，发布招聘信息；

2. 按公司规定及时处理每天新进的简历，进行筛选, 管理和更新候选人信息；

3. 协助招聘负责人进行招聘会前期事项准备；

4. 辅助招聘负责人跟相关部门进行有效沟通，满足业务部门的招聘需求；

5. 完成领导交办的其他事务性工作。

 

任职要求：

1. 本科或研究生学历，在读学生（周可提供4天）；

2. 英语CET4级以上；

3. 熟练掌握办公软件；

4. 学习能力强，工作认真仔细并且有责任心，执行能力强；

5. 有人力资源部实习或其他实习经验者优先。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Daily maintain the recruitment channels and release the information.

2. Daily handling and select the resumes in accordance with company regulations, in charge pf candidate information. 

3. Assist the leader in preparing the recruitment of the job fair in advance.

4. Assist in communicating effectively with the relevant departments to meet the command of business department of employment requirement.

5. Complete others transaction affairs assigned by leader.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor or graduate degree, studying students (offer 4 days per week);

2. CET-4 or above;

3. Proficiency in office software;

4. Strong learning ability, careful and responsible, have strong execution ability;

5. Prefer those who have HR department internship or other related experience.
